Scope of Work

  • We helped successfully bring to financing three of Noventa's North American Wastewater Energy Transfer (WET) energy projects totalling $30M
  • We prepared all due diligence, valuation and data room material for interested institutional investors (Enbridge, BP, Brookfield)
  • We were responsible for all investor relations regarding strategic and financial stakeholders (City of Toronto, Sunnybrook Hospital, Enbridge)

  • We were mandated by Kingsmere Financial Services to establish their Canadian wealth manager.
  • Assisted in navigating the regulatory regime of becoming registered with the Mutual Fund Dealer Association ("MFDA") now operating under the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization ("CIRO")

  • Helped drive the fundraising activities of the business (pre-see, seed, Series A) through relationships with venture capitalist's, HNW, banks, government parties etc.

  • Assisted in the amalgamation of Wonderfi (TSX: WNDR), Coinsquare and Coinsmart (NEO: SMRT) valued at $50M+ to create Canada’s largest digital asset platform (transacted over $17B with  $700M in combined AUC)
  • Key party in the interaction between all stakeholders (auditors, investment bankers, board of directors, regulators etc).
  • Key resource in developing all required documentation required for approvals (TSX, CIRO, circular, opinions etc)
  • Assisted Coinsquare in becoming the first regulated IIROC broker-dealer offering digital assets in North America
